My design Philosophy
My passion lies in the exhilarating fusion of colors, textures, and shapes, creating innovative looks that stand out.
I thrive on conceptualizing new construction techniques, blending traditional methods with a contemporary twist, and experimenting with unpredictable color combinations.
Challenges in knitting simply fuel my creativity, pushing me to rethink and redefine what’s possible. I take pride in transforming complex ideas into elegant designs, yet I believe that when innovation calls for a more intricate approach, the pursuit of perfection is always worth it.

Bells of Frost
All-over Lace cardigan
For: Shirley Paden, 2025
Yarn: Artyarns Ensamble Light
The "Bell of Frost" cardigan emerges as a homage to the exquisite craftsmanship of Shirley Paden’s lace bridal dress, capturing the ethereal beauty that adorns moments of love and peace. Its lightweight fabric drapes gracefully, enveloping the wearer in an aura of royal elegance and sophistication with warmth and comfort. The stitch pattern intricately mimics the delicate bloom of tiny flowers known in Hebrew as "Bells of Rain," which together craft a visual symphony of nature’s grace.

Porcelain Flower Top
Combining all-over lace with slipped stitches colorwork
For: Ravelry, 2025
Yarn: Artyarns Silk Day Dream
A delicate interplay of lace and color, blending airy elegance with subtle texture for a luxurious summer top.
Inspired by the delicate beuty of the Prcelain florals, the all-over lace motif evokes soft petals, while the slipped-stitch colorwork adds striking contrast at the edges.
Light and breathable, yet rich in detail, it's a piece for the warmer days or for layering effortlessly over everything from casual linen to a flowing dress.

Opposites Attract
Intarsia Gloves
For: Ravelry, 2024
Yarn: Byamelie, Merino Sock
This design offers a bold division between light and dark, achieved through intarsia in the round - and the pattern contains a full tutorial for the technique.
The innovative constraction begins with a provisional cast-on at the hand's edge, working donwards to the cuff with a small provisional cast-on for the thumb gusset. This allows to work the fingers one by one on a solid base later on.

Iron Swords
Cabled Top and Opera Gloves
For: Shirley Paden, 2024
Yarn: Jade Sapphire Mongolian Cashmere 2-Ply
Inspired by the warrior queen, this set is a fusion of elegance and strength. Crafted in copper-hued cashmere, this sleeveless top and matching opera gloves evoke the protective beauty of a burnished shield - soft to the touch yet imbued with quiet power.
Delicate cables that flow seamlessly from hem to neckline, resonance in the gloves, and create a cohesive, sophisticated outfit, timeless and empowering.

Gracious Twilight Cowl
A colorful cowl with cables, lace and beads
For: TKGA design contest, 2024
Won: 4th place
A mesmerizing fusion of texture, technique and color, designed to push the boundries of creative knitting. Inspired by the soft hues of dusk and ethereal layering of petals, this competition piece plays with structured cables, bold colorwork, delicate lace and shimmering beadwork to create a sculptural effect. Keyserlingi
All-over lace top with elongated key-hole in back
For: Shirley Paden, 2023
Yarn: Jade Sapphire Mongolian Cashmere 2-Ply
Inspired by the elegance of Shirley's lace-patterned dress, I aimed to capture its delicate fabric and feminine silhouette in this pullover. The design features a closed collar at the front, exuding sophistication, while a deep, alluring opening at the back adds a touch of femininity.
The intricate lace pattern evokes the exquisite orb-web of the Keyserlingi spider, and the X-shaped crosses mirror the diagonal lines of the raglan silhouette, leading to the garment's unique name, "Keyserlingi."

Floral Wave Jacket
Double knitted Jacket with cutouts
For: Shirley Paden's DAL contest, 2022
Yarn: Brookly Tweed Dapple
Won: 1st place in colorwork
An award winning masterpiece, featured on Vogue knitting 40th anniversary issue, redefines knitwear with its bold fusion of tradition and innovation.
This double knitted jacket features elegant cutouts, an architectural element rarely seen in knitwear, lending a modern edge to a classic silhouette.
It is both a statement piece and a celebration of contepmorary knitwear design.

Muse
Free Form knitted top
For: myself, 2022
The muse is a fearless exploration of form, texture, and construction - an intuitive journey into the art of freeform knitting. Created without a predetermined plan, each section was shaped fluidly, responding to the flow of the three-dimensional structure of the body.
The piece is sculptural yet fluid, merging bold colors with dynamic geometric lines to create an armor-like presence.
The muse shows that knitting is not only about following patterns; it can be a spontaneous flow of imagination, shape, and movement

Urban Rush
Cables and mosaic colorwork
For: Ravelry, 2022
My first independent pattern is a play between structure and texture, blending delicate cables with bold mosaic colorwork for a visually captivating effect.
The diagonal empire waistline, shaped with short rows, creates a flattering silhouette while adding an architectural element to the design.
The contrast between the intricate texture and the graphic colorwork makes it as engaging to knit as it is to wear.
