Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation of a purchase by the user.
2. Cancellation of a course purchase will be made by telephone or e-mail in a message that will include the purchaser's details and the order details as required on the site, and the terms detailed in this section will apply to it.
3. In all matters related to canceling a distance selling transaction with “Knit if the Dragon” by the end user, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 (‘Consumer Protection Law’) will also apply.
4. You may cancel your purchase of a course by giving written notice as detailed below:
4.1. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of registering for the course and receiving confirmation of registration, and before opening and using the course:
4.1.1. Refund less a cancellation fee of five (5) percent of the price paid for the course, or one hundred (100) NIS, whichever is lower.
4.2. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the date of registration for the course and receipt of a confirmation of registration and after opening and using the course:
4.2.1. Refund less a cancellation fee of fifty (50) percent of the price paid for the course.
4.3 The operator may decide not to charge cancellation fees in certain situations at its sole discretion.
5. The credit will be made via the credit card with which the customer paid within 14 business days of the date of cancellation of the order.
